Shipping policy

At RawBold (operated by AATTOM Group LLC), we want to get your order to you as quickly as possible so you can start experiencing the benefits of optimized dopamine support.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–8 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.
During product launches, restocks, and high-demand promotional periods (such as our 50% off pre-order promotion), processing times may extend beyond the standard window. If your order is affected, we will notify you by email and provide an updated estimate.
Shipping Times
RawBold ships internationally from our fulfillment center in China via USPS and partner carriers, with final-mile delivery handled by your local postal service or carrier.
Estimated delivery times from the date of purchase, including processing:
* United States: 10–18 business days
* Canada: 12–20 business days
* United Kingdom & European Union: 12–20 business days
* Australia & New Zealand: 14–22 business days
* Rest of world: 15–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, high-demand periods, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Pre-Orders and Restocks
When a product is sold on a pre-order or restock basis, the expected ship date will be clearly displayed on the product page and confirmed in your order confirmation email. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the indicated ship date is an estimate and may shift due to manufacturing, quality control, and shipping logistics.
If your pre-order has not yet shipped, you may cancel for a full refund at any time by contacting support@tryrawbold.com. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, our standard refund policy applies.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside of the United States, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or VAT levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are not able to predict, calculate, or refund these charges.
If you refuse to pay applicable duties or taxes and your package is returned to us or destroyed by customs, we are not able to issue a refund for the cost of the product or shipping.
Shipping Carrier
Orders are shipped via USPS and partner international carriers from our fulfillment center in China. Final-mile delivery in your country may be handled by USPS, your national postal service, or a local courier partner.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take 3–5 business days to fully update after dispatch as your package moves through the international shipping network. Some carriers may show limited or delayed tracking updates during international transit; this is normal and does not indicate that your package is lost.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase based on your shipping destination.
Delivery Issues
If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or shows a "delivered" status but has not arrived, please contact us at support@tryrawbold.com with your order number, and we will work with the carrier to investigate. Most apparent delivery issues resolve within 5–7 business days, so we may ask you to wait briefly before opening an investigation.
For packages marked as "delivered" but not received, we recommend first checking with neighbors, building management, and household members, and confirming the shipping address on your order. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date.
Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you in accordance with our Terms of Service. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs authorities, or events outside our control, but we will do our best to assist in resolving any issue.
Incorrect Address
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate, complete shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may charge an additional shipping fee to redirect the package. Refunds for orders returned to us due to address errors will be issued less the original shipping cost and any return-to-sender fees.
Restricted Destinations
We do not ship to PO boxes outside the United States, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or to countries currently subject to international trade restrictions. If you place an order to a restricted destination, we will contact you to update the address or issue a full refund.
