I've treated men for over 15 years. Lately, they all tell me the same thing:
"Doc, I don't know what happened to me."
It's always the same symptoms:
Exhausted before the day even starts.
Brain fog that won't lift.
Zero motivation for the gym.
Home by 7, dead on the couch.
And a libido that quietly vanished.
These aren't lazy men. These are driven, successful guys who used to dominate everything.
But somewhere along the way, they lost their edge.
Most blame stress. Or age. Or "just getting older."
They're wrong.
